David Sills - Founder, President and CEO
David has extensive experience in the magazine and niche media business. He served as Vice President and Group Publisher of the PTN Publishing Corporation, a diversified business-to-business media and trade magazine company of over 80 titles with publishing, exposition, custom marketing and interactive divisions.
Previously, David formed Distance Education Company with Barry Schwimmer to acquire the Home Study Schools Corporation, a leading provider of distance learning educational services. David served as President and CEO until its 2004 acquisition.
Barry Schwimmer - Founder and Chairman
Barry brings more than 20 years of expertise in finance and investment banking, including specific experience in the broadcast and print media industry. He founded Stoneybrook Capital, a private investment firm, in 1994.. Prior to founding Stoneybrook, Mr. Schwimmer was a Managing Director of Commonwealth Capital Partners, a $68.5 million leveraged buyout fund and a Founding Partner of Chemical Venture Partners (now JP Morgan Partners).
Liz Roberts - Chief Strategy Officer
Liz is responsible for assisting in company operating projects and growth initiatives with a focus on special projects, integrating acquisitions and assisting in overall Web strategies.
Liz has a broad 10 year background in newspaper and magazine publishing and brings creative online marketing strategy, Web campaign and viral marketing experience.
Josh London - Vice President, Marketing and General Manager, Online Publishing
Josh is responsible for the company's online efforts including strategy and product development, content acquisition and monetization. He also oversees all of the company's marketing initiatives, including branding, communications efforts, custom publishing and research.
With nearly 15 years of marketing and business development experience in the consumer and business-to-business markets includes marketing and product development positions at CNET Networks, Ziff Davis, Thomas Publishing Company, and PSINET.
Colleen Daly - Publisher
Colleen is responsible for developing the sales strategy for Computer Shopper magazine, CNET Digital Living magazine and the College Buying Guide in print and online. She also manages the nationwide sales force.
With over 14 years of sales experience, Colleen is a knowledgeable technology media veteran with a strong reputation. She began her career at Ziff Davis Publishing and has held sales and sales management positions at ZDNet and CNET Networks.
